Commonly used for various content concerning rainy weather. Not to be confused with โ๏ธ Umbrella or ๐ Closed Umbrella, though their applications may overlap. WhatsApp’s umbrella is green. Google’s umbrella was previously blue, Microsoft and Samsung’s red, and Facebook’s once pink. In 2016, a Durex poll voted this emoji to (unofficially) represent condoms and safe sex for World AIDS Day.
