gnutls_x509_policies_t policies A pointer to an initialized policies. gnutls_datum_t * ext The DER-encoded extension data; must be freed using gnutls_free().

This function will convert the provided policies, to a certificate policy DER encoded extension (2.5.29.32). The ext data will be allocated using gnutls_malloc().
