shishi_enckdcreppart_key_set - API function

       Shishi * handle
                   shishi handle as allocated by shishi_init().

       Shishi_asn1 enckdcreppart
                   input EncKDCRepPart variable.

       Shishi_key * key
                   key handle with information to store in enckdcreppart.
