Description
Get the TLS request setting.
Note: If you want to find out if TLS was actually negotiated on a particular connection use
nbd_get_tls_negotiated(3) instead.
Errors
This function does not fail.
The following parameters must not be NULL: "h". For more information see "Non-NULL parameters" in
libnbd(3).
