shishi_priv_done - API function

       Shishi_priv * priv
                   structure that holds information about PRIV exchange

       royalty provided the copyright notice and this notice are preserved.

       Deallocate  resources associated with PRIV exchange.  This should be called by the application when it no
       longer need to utilize the PRIV exchange handle.
