       The Tss2_TctiLdr_FreeInfo() function destroys an instance of the TSS2_TCTI_INFO structure created by  the
       Tss2_TctiLdr_GetInfo() function.

       The info parameter is a reference to the TSS2_TCTI_INFO structure to be freed.
