       These are methods that return scalar value from SNMP

       $Arbor->vendor()
           Returns 'arbor'.

       $Arbor->os()
           Returns 'ArbOS'.

       $Arbor->os_ver()
           Release extracted from "sysDescr".

       $Arbor->model()
           Model extracted from "sysDescr".

       $Arbor->serial()
           Returns serial number extracted from "sysDescr".
