Net::Frame::Layer::IPv6::Option - IPv6 Option object

type
           The type of IPv6 option.

       length
           The length of IPv6 option (a number of bytes), including type and length fields.

       value
           The value.

       The default type, length and value create the PadN option padding, where N=2.
