rpma_conn_cfg_get_cq_size - get CQ size for the connection

rpma_conn_cfg_get_cq_size() gets the CQ size for the connection.

rpma_conn_cfg_get_cq_size() can fail with the following error:

       •  RPMA_E_INVAL - cfg or cq_size is NULL

rpma_conn_cfg_get_cq_size - get CQ size for the connection

       The  rpma_conn_cfg_get_cq_size()  function  returns  0  on  success  or a negative error code on failure.
       rpma_conn_cfg_get_cq_size() does not set *cq_size value on failure.
