rpma_conn_cfg_set_sq_size - set SQ size for the connection

rpma_conn_cfg_set_sq_size()  sets  the  SQ  size  for the connection. If this function is not called, the
       sq_size has the default value (10) set by rpma_conn_cfg_new(3).

rpma_conn_cfg_set_sq_size() can fail with the following error:

       •  RPMA_E_INVAL - cfg is NULL

rpma_conn_cfg_set_sq_size - set SQ size for the connection

       The rpma_conn_cfg_set_sq_size() function returns 0 on success or a negative error code on failure.
