SDL_isxdigit - Report if a character is a hexadecimal digit.

       This function is available since SDL 3.2.0.

WARNING: Regardless of system locale, this will only treat ASCII values 'A' through 'F', 'a' through 'f',
       and '0' through '9', as true.

x      character value to check.

       SDL_isxdigit - Report if a character is a hexadecimal digit.

       Returns non-zero if x falls within the character class, zero otherwise.
