       Draws an outlined ellipse.

       Parameters:

       • cx, cy - Center of the ellipse

       • rx, ry - Radii of the ellipse

       • color - Color of the ellipse

       • thickness - Thickness of the ellipse, pass <= 0 to draw a hairline ellipse
