Synopsis

       Take in a tree file and return an ordering of the samples. Defaults to depth first search
          use Bio::Roary::SampleOrder;

          my $obj = Bio::Roary::SampleOrder->new(
              tree_file        => $tree_file,
            );
          $obj->ordered_samples();
