       This component has been suplanted by
       DBIx::Class::DeploymentHandler::VersionStorage::Standard::VersionResultSet.  In the next major version
       (1) we will begin issuing a warning on it's use.  In the major version after that (2) we will remove it
       entirely.

version_storage_is_installed
       True if (!!!) the version storage has been installed

   database_version
       The version of the database

   create
       Overridden to default "installed" to the current time. (take a look, it's yucky)
