shishi_apreq_options_remove - API function

       Shishi * handle
                   shishi handle as allocated by shishi_init().

       Shishi_asn1 apreq
                   AP-REQ as allocated by shishi_apreq().

       uint32_t option
                   Options to remove from AP-REQ.
