shishi_kdcreq_forwardable_p - API function

                   KDC-REQ variable to get kdc-options field from.

       Determine if KDC-Option forwardable flag is set.

       The FORWARDABLE option indicates that the ticket to be issued is to have its forwardable flag set. It may
       only  be set on the initial request, or in a subsequent request if the ticket-granting ticket on which it
       is based is also forwardable.

       Returns non-0 iff forwardable flag is set in KDC-REQ.
