shtmlview_mkdoc - shtmlview extension adding support for mkdoc markup

       The  shtmlview::mkdoc  package  extends shtmlview::shtmlview widgets with support for rendering of mkdoc-
       formatted documents.

       Simply loading the package registers the support.

       The package does not export any kind of command, class, etc.
