wxAuiSimpleTabArt - Functions for wxAuiSimpleTabArt class

       Another standard tab art provider for wxAuiNotebook.

       wxAuiSimpleTabArt  is derived from wxAuiTabArt demonstrating how to write a completely new tab art class.
       It can also be used as alternative to wxAuiDefaultTabArt (not implemented in wx).
