Description
This uses setpriority() if possible, and RealtimeKit if available.
Function Parameters
threadID
the Unix thread ID to change priority of.
sdlPriority
the new SDL_ThreadPriority
value.
schedPolicy
the new scheduling policy (SCHED_FIFO, SCHED_RR, SCHED_OTHER, etc...).
