SDL_UnlockSpinlock - Unlock a spin lock by setting it to 0.

       This function is available since SDL 3.2.0.

       Always  returns  immediately.   Pleasenotethatspinlocksaredangerousifyoudon'tknowwhatyou're
       doing. Please be careful using any sort of spinlock!
