       If  sup-psych-ify-config-files  is  executed  by  Ruby  <=  2.0  it  migrates the $HOME/.sup/sources.yaml
       configuration file by reading it with the SYCK YAML parser and emitting the results with the  Psych  YAML
       emitter.
