              Produce help message

       –no-header
              Suppress the line of column names.

       -sarg, –selectarg
              Select on key=value pairs

       -r, –remove
              Remove selected columns, instead of keeping them.

       -aarg, –addarg
              Remove selected columns, instead of keeping them.
