Description

codonw-aau  is  a  shortcut  to  accessing the codonw(1) executable, with the 'calculate Amino Acid Usage
       (AAU)' option (-aau) preselected, i.e.

       codonw -aau ...

       The command line arguments follow the order of arguments in codonw itself.
