       Merge manually and automatically generated debian/ packaging.

   positionalarguments:
       dir    package source directory, default: .

   optionalarguments:-h, --help
              show this help message and exit

       --version
              show program's version number and exit

       -v, --verbose
              Verbose output

       --debug
              Debug output

       -r, --restore
              Undebianise, leaving only debdry files in debian/

       --dry  Take an existing package and add a minimal debian/debdry/
