dom-save-patches - Creates a patch for each commit in branch patch-queue

dom-save-patches follows these steps:

       •   verify the existence of a branch patch-queue,

       •   move to the master branch and generates a patch for each commit in branch patch-queue starting from
           upstream branch, from which patch-queue was created,

       •   update the file debian/patches/series,

       •   delete the branch patch-queue.
