mConcatFit - Merge multiple plane fit parameter files into one file

       This  module  have  been used extensively but have not been subject to the same rigorous testing to which
       the core modules have been subjected. We  advise  users  to  contact  Montage  (montage@ipac.caltech.edu)
       before employing them to verify limitations in their use and changes in the interfaces.

       Merge  multiple plane fit parameter files (from mFitplane) into one file. This module is only needed in a
       Grid environment where the mFitplane jobs may run in parallel on computers  that  do  not  share  a  file
       system. In this case, the fit parameters have to be merged into one file before mBgModel can be called.
