              this text

       -doption,--debug=DRLL:DCC:DMM:DRR:DRSL:DNM
              enable debugging

       -D,--daemonize
              Fork the process into a background daemon

       -s,--disable-color-c,--config-file<filename>
              The config file to use.

       -m,--msc=IP.
              The address of the MSC.

       -l,--local=IP.
              The local address of this BSC.
