-t, --treef=FILE
              reference treefile, STDIN otherwise

       -a, --addtree=FILE
              alternate treefile

       -o, --outf=FILE
              output file, STOUT otherwise

       -h, --help
              display this help and exit

       -V, --version
              display version and exit

       -C, --citation
              display phyx citation and exit
