gnome-system-log - the GNOME System Log Viewer

GNOMESystemLogViewer is a simple utility to display system log files.

/var/log/messages
              The system's main logfile.

       /etc/syslog.conf
              Configuration file for syslogd.  See syslog.conf(5) for exact information.
