addressinfogenerator  updates  the  HiPerConTracer  PostgreSQL  database  with  additional information on
       observed IP addresses: geo location (obtained by GeoIP), Autonomous System (ASN) information (obtained by
       GeoIP) and a DNS reverse lookup.
