       This  is  a  convenience script to avoid typing the long URL http://upstream-metadata.debian.net.  All it
       does for the moment is to call curl.

       The name and the interface may change in the final implementation.

       Later it will take its default URL form umegaya.conf, check its command-line parameters, etc.

       First option is a key name.

   package|table|yaml
       Second option is a package name, or a special command name such as “table” or “yaml”.
