       Assign V(D)J gene annotations

   help:--version
              show program's version number and exit

       -h, --help
              show this help message and exit

   subcommands:
              Assignment operation

       igblast
              Executes igblastn.

              igblast-aa

              Executes igblastp.

   outputfiles:
              igblast

              Reference alignment results from IgBLAST.
